Results of the EfficientGovNow contest were announced Wednesday Morning with first place going to the Mahoning County for it's program.

Grounds for Change, which requested $61,240 to kickstart the county's first collaborative land bank took first over Stark County's 9-1-1 dispatch proposal in second and Cuyahoga County's solar energy initiative in third.

Trumbull County's bid for a coordinated Geographical Information System came in fourth despite running in the second place for most of the voting period.
