Central to our work is a deep investment in leadership development. MVOC regularly conducts evening, one day, 2 day, and weeklong training. MVOC also has access to national leadership trainings offered by the Gamaliel Foundation and the National Training and Information Center. Training curriculum includes such topics as power, self-interest, campaigns, effective meetings, recruiting, leadership development, and coalition building.
