- Create a spreadsheet to document all of the books read. I use a poster board with columns that list all the weeks of the summer.
- Points are awarded for each book read.
- Prizes and Incentives are awarded each week.

How does the Summer Reading Challenge work?
To take part, children simply read three or more books – these can be any books of their choice. Every time they finish a book, they add it to their Challenge website profile and leave a short book review.
