What do you dislike about working at your company?
I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But I am getting older, and I believe that I should have a better job at the moment, perhaps a role of a financial manager, or leader of a team of accounts.

The most difficult thing for me is sitting idle at my job. I never understood the concept of finding a job where the work is less. According to my theory the only thing worst then more work is no work. Passing your time sitting idle is one of the hardest thing i have ever done in my life.
